When do I need new tyres?

The legal minimum tread depth for cars in the UK is 1.6mm across the central three-quarters of the tread, all the way round. Many drivers change well before that, as grip in the wet drops as tread wears. You should also replace a tyre with cuts, bulges or cracking in the sidewall. If you are unsure, pop in and we will take a look.

Puncture repairs
